Stashdown 2

2nd week of stashdown has been completed and I managed to continue to spin it down. Here’s what I finished last week:

Equinox from Souther Cross Fibres – Merino – Thick and Thin singles – about 230 yards total

Pie from Spunky Eclectic – Merino – Thick and Thin Singles. – about 105 yards

Sensing a theme with the thick and thin singles?
Twilight from Spunky – Organic Merino – about 360 yards in 3 skeins
Raven from Enchanted Knoll – Super Merino with Sari and sparkle.
It’s going to make a gorgeous cropped sweater

But I didn’t do all Singles.
Burning Bush (light version) – from Spunky – Corriepaca – 2 ply chunky –this was specifically dyed and spun to match a commercial yarn. it’s going to finish the sweater I’m working on now.

Next up…..More singles. Stay tuned. I have a sweaters worth of Vineyard that I’m hoping to finish this week.

Oh man, something about the thick and thin singles is just….lush. I can’t seem to get away from it either! Plus, it’s just WAY too fun to spin!! Love all of your new handspun. It’s so inspiring to see all of the new skeins!
